Jim Riotte, President

Jim's entire working life has been spent in the steel industry. After working on a variety of steel processing equipment he worked as a helper in a slitting department and eventually progressed to operator where he operated several slitters in a light gauge finishing facility. The equipment processed gauge ranges of about .004 through .050 in width ranges of about .250 to 30". Jim possesses a working knowledge of metal processing which is invaluable to the slitting process. After years of running slitters he became a slitting supervisor and finished his career as a Labor Relations Manager.

Connie Perrin, Manager of Customer Relations

Connie is also a veteran of the steel industry. She has worked extensively in customer service, applications, scheduling and shipping. Connie is well suited to handle all the concerns of your order including pricing, weight and width tolerances, quality control, delivery dates, packing, shipping and inventory requirements. Connie serves as our Manager of Customer Relations.

Jim Dipalma, Manager of Operations and Maintenance

Jim D. thought he was retired until PSC yanked him from the comfort of his wood shop and serenity of his flower gardens. Jim has spent a lifetime in the steel industry as both a hands on production employee and supervisor. His knowledge lies in slitting, annealing, quality control and maintenance. He has particular expertise in rolling and leveling and quality issues associated with those processes. Jim has worked as an industry consultant both home and abroad. His exposure to the entire process makes him uniquely qualified to address not only the slitting process but also to provide guidance regarding the subtle shape and quality issues associated with your metal and its end use. Jim serves as our Manager of Operations and Maintenance.
